Ms. Ngozi Edozien
Ms. Frances Ngozichukwuka Oluwatoyin Edozien, BA in Social Studies (Harvard and Radcliffe Colleges), MBA, Harvard Business School is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Invivo Partners Limited. She holds an MA from Cambridge and has over 20 years’ experience in finance/private equity, general management and strategy/business development functions with multinational companies in Europe, USA and Africa. She served as the Managing Director of Pfizer Nigeria as well as Director and Chief Executive Officer of West Africa at Actis LLP (alternate name, Actis Capital, LLP).
Ms. Edozien founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer at Equity Vehicle for Health in Africa (EVHA) since 2008. She was Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, Inc. from 1992 to 1999, working principally in the consumer products and healthcare sectors. She started her professional career in investment banking at Solomon Brothers and JP Morgan. She is a Non-Executive Director of Guinness Nigeria Plc(Diageo) and a Non-Executive Director of Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc.
Ms. Edozien is an avid collector and patron of the arts. She began collecting art at age 9 and was a speaker at one of the panels for the maiden edition of ART X Lagos which took place in November 2016.
