Mr. Adedotun Sulaiman, MFR serves as the Executive Chairman of Arian Capital Limited. He qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 1981. Mr. Sulaiman served as Country Managing Director of Accenture in Nigeria since March 1, 2005.

Mr. Sulaiman has over 25 years’ experience in transformational engagements in Strategic Plan Development, Organization Design/Review, Financial and Performance Management, Human Performance Management and Leadership Development, Technology Planning, Process Re-engineering and Business Ethics.

Mr. Sulaiman served as the Chairman of several organizations including Accenture Nigeria, Cadbury Plc and Nextzon Business Services Ltd etc. He has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Cadbury Nigeria Plc since August 15, 2009 and served as a Director of InterSwitch Limited until November 2017. He is a seasoned Management & Strategy Consultant.
